I am a mom of two little ones, Dominic and Rosemary. They keep me on my toes and excite me every day. As a registered dietitian and mom, I think of overall health and nutrition in relation to time. How can I use the time I have each day to help my health? I focus on the special moments of family time and the importance of me time, while also squeezing in time for physical activity, time for healthy cooking (for and with my kids) and honoring down time. I don't always make these fit, but I am enjoying the journey and trying to make it work! Join me!
