Sneak in Extra Steps with Your Little Ones

I've noticed lately that it gets to be the end of the day and I realize I didn't get a workout in or meet my step goal. As I sit in bed, I look back at my day and wonder when I could have fit it in... Can you relate? In the past, I have been great about getting in an exercise class, but after having my daughter in October, I haven't been as active. At first, it was the recovery from the delivery. I put off exercising as I needed time to heal. And now with the responsibility of two kids, I was trying to figure out my new routine and how my "me time" of exercising can fit.
