Do your kids like to dunk their veggies in dip? I find my 2 and 4 year old eat WAY more fruits and veggies when I serve them with a dip. I give them about 1-2 T. of dip so they don't drown them in the dip, but use it for flavor and fun.

Here are our family's favorites:

1. Hummus

2. Nut butter

3. Mashed avocado/guacamole

4. Tzatziki sauce

This Tzatziki sauce is easy, delicious and a gateway for your kids to eat more

veggies too!

Tzatziki Sauce

5.3 oz. container of lowfat/nonfat plan Greek yogurt

1/2 t. minced garlic

Sprinkle of salt

Splash of lemon juice

1/4 cup diced cucumber

1 t. fresh minced dill

Mix all ingredients together and store in the refrigerator.

What are your kids' favorite dips? How do you encourage your kids to eat more fruits and veggies?
